Pricing & Quotes

How much does it cost to hire movers in Northwest Arkansas?+
Local moves are hourly: about $120–$160/hour for a two-mover crew with truck and $160–$210/hour for three movers, with a 2-hour minimum. A 1-bedroom apartment typically takes 2–3 hours, a 2-bedroom 3–5 hours, a 3-bedroom house 5–7 hours and a 4+ bedroom house 7–10 hours. Long-distance moves are quoted flat-rate.
Is the quote binding?+
Flat-rate quotes for long-distance moves and junk removal are binding as long as the inventory matches what you told us. Hourly local moves are billed on actual time, and we give you a realistic time estimate up front — most come in within an hour of the estimate.
Do you charge for stairs, long carries or fuel?+
No stair fees, no long-carry fees and no fuel surcharge inside Benton County. A small travel fee applies to moves entirely within Washington County or across the Missouri line beyond Seligman and Cassville. We tell you about it before you book.
Do you require a deposit?+
A small deposit holds peak-season and long-distance dates. It's applied to your final bill and refundable with 48 hours' notice.
Should I tip the movers?+
Never required, always appreciated. Customers who tip typically do $20–$40 per mover for a half-day move or 10–15% for a full day.

Booking & Scheduling

How far in advance should I book?+
1–2 weeks for local weekday moves, 3–4 weeks for Saturdays, month-end, summer and long-distance moves. Single-item hauls can usually be done within 1–3 days.
Can you do a last-minute move?+
Often. Call us — if we have a crew free we'll take it, even same-day for small jobs.
What happens if my closing date changes?+
We reschedule at no charge with 48 hours' notice. If you need to hold your belongings between homes, we offer short-term storage in Pea Ridge.
Do you move on Sundays or holidays?+
Sundays by request. We're closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Your Move

What should I do before the movers arrive?+
Have boxes packed, taped and labeled; defrost the fridge 24 hours ahead; disconnect electronics; set aside anything you're taking yourself (documents, medications, valuables); and clear a parking spot for a 26-foot truck if you can.
What won't you move?+
Hazardous materials (propane, gas, paint, chemicals), perishable food on long-distance moves, live plants on long-distance moves, and firearms or ammunition outside a locked case. Everything else — pianos, safes, hot tubs, treadmills — we move.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?+
Yes. Beds, tables, desks and basic furniture are included. Complex items like exercise equipment, cribs and some IKEA pieces may be billed on time.
Are my belongings insured?+
Yes. Basic released-value coverage is included on every move at no cost, and we carry cargo insurance. Ask about full-value protection for high-value items.

Junk Removal & Hauling

How is junk removal priced?+
By the amount of space your items take in the truck. Single items start around $85–$150; a quarter truck runs $200–$275; half $375–$450; a full 26-foot truck $800–$1,000. Heavy construction debris is priced by weight. Text photos for a fast ballpark.
Do I need to be home?+
Not for curbside, garage or yard pickups — just send photos and payment info and we'll text you before and after.
What happens to my stuff?+
Usable furniture and household goods go to NWA donation centers, metal and appliances get recycled, and the rest goes to the proper landfill or transfer station.
Can you take a whole house or estate?+
Yes. Estate, foreclosure and hoarding cleanouts are a regular part of our work. We can sort keep/donate/trash with you or clear it all.
